What is honey?

Honey is a substance obtained from flowers's nectar and other sugar substances picked up by the bees.
Inside there are some vitamins, amino acid, vegetal hormones and also useful natural enzymes.
Each kind of honey joins to it's own properties, the ones of the original flower; so there is a kind of honey for every problem.
